Job Description

This role represents a unique opportunity for a talented individual to start an exciting career within the commercial real estate market. This initiative offers an accredited route to becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and gaining a qualification at degree level, at the same time as learning and earning on the job.

This will be a five-year programme depending on what entry level you begin your journey with us from. The programme will combine work-based learning, formal training and optimum support from an experienced team. The apprenticeship is run in partnership with UCEM (University College of Estate Management) and at least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

 Core purpose: 

To support the Real Estate function of Entain managing the Ladbrokes Coral portfolio across the UK and Ireland in their annual delivery of commercial property related objectives.

 

The role is based at Entain's London Stratford office. Areas of work covered will include but not be limited to:

  • Property Management including ad-hoc commercial surveying and legal advice to the remainder of the Property function and wider Retail community.
  • Landlord & Tenant work including lease renewals and rent reviews.
  • Surplus Property Cost Mitigation via lettings or disposal of surplus properties.
  • Tenant management.
  • Property inspection.
  • Health & Safety management.
  • Administrative support to the function.

 



Qualifications

  • Applicants need to be 18 years or older at the point of application to be eligible for this scheme.
  • GCSE English and Maths Level 4 (Grade C) or above is a mandatory requirement.
  • Achieved or expected 3 A-Levels in any subject at grade BBC (or equivalent).
  • Must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK for the duration of the programme.

 

Our Degree Apprenticeship requires a minimum of 96 UCAS points. The 5-year training programme (Level 6 Apprentice), entails a part time undergraduate degree apprenticeship which you will study for 4 years and APC for 2 years which you will be enrolled in year 4 of the undergraduate degree, leading to MRICS qualification. Full on the job training will be provided for all skills required.
