Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world's biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join our Finance team. As a Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of the Group's revenue across multiple divisions and regions. You will also be responsible for Salesforce integration for new acquisitions and adapting Salesforce for Two Circles ever-changing management information needs.

The role will report into the Head of FP&A. We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a passion for the sports industry.

What you'll be getting up to:

  • Prepare and analyse weekly, monthly and yearly revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all divisions and clients.
  • Analyse revenue trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
  • Consolidate revenue reports from different departments and regions into group reporting.
  • Liaise with the internal Salesforce Two Circles Team to configure and customise Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the finance department and various management information requests.
  • Lead the timely integration of Salesforce across new acquisitions and divisions.
  • Ensure Salesforce is aligned with financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of Salesforce data to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
  • Develop and implement workflows, reports, and dashboards to streamline financial operations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc financial projects as needed

The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Salesforce experience desired
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with high volumes of work and remaining organised
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • An ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of business
  • Strong interpersonal skills
