Main goal
UCCSA’s commercial unit manages the global marketing and sale of media, sponsorship and licensing rights, account management and associated services for all UEFA club competitions.
The Commercial Assistant provides administrative and commercial support to UCCSA’s, playing an important role in cooperating and communicating with counterparts in UCCSA, UCCSA’s marketing agencies (for both men’s and women’s club competitions), UEFA and the European Club Association (ECA), to support the proper implementation of the global media rights, sponsorship and licensing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Arranging for the execution of commercial agreements and other documents in Word or PDF and having them signed electronically (DocuSign) or manually
- Filing, organising and managing all correspondence and documents efficiently
- Providing administrative and logistical support on travel planning and expenses, ticket and accreditation requests, workshops, events and internal and external meetings
- Helping prepare presentations and related documents
- Updating sales management and budget monitoring tools comprehensively and in a timely manner
- Proactively supporting all members of the unit to ensure excellent organisation and high-quality delivery of commercial input for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the team with commercial partners’ and clubs’ rights delivery and account management issues (e.g. contractual amendments, public screening requests, social media exploitation, delivery of commercial programmes attached to finals)
- Handling daily archive licensing sales, servicing and contract management

Requirements
Experience:
- Four or more years' experience of working in an international organisation providing administrative and/or commercial support
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
Languages:
- English / Proficient
- Proficiency in other European languages would be an asset
Other requirements:
- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong project management, organisation and time management skills, including ability to successfully prioritise
- Strong and consistent attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Professional, reliable and committed to consistently meeting quality standards and deadlines, focused on efficiency of implementation, follows up after completion of tasks, assumes responsibility for own actions, acts with integrity and discretion and sets an example for others
- Highly motivated with good people skills
