About the Internship
The Business Operations Intern will support teams across Fanatics Collect by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and decision-making through the thoughtful application of AI, automation, and internal tools.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working across teams, and translating ideas into practical solutions. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Operations, Customer Experience (CX), Trust & Safety (T&S), and Finance to prototype improvements, reduce manual work, and enhance how the business operates day to day.
This is a hands-on, immersive internship designed to provide real-world experience in business operations within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, CX, Trust & Safety, Finance) to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, accuracy, and speed through AI-enabled tools, automation, and internal systems
- Help prototype and test operational solutions that reduce manual processes and improve scalability
- Assist with documenting processes, insights, and recommendations to support data-informed decision-making
- Analyze operational data to surface trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
- Contribute to day-to-day operational projects that support business performance and team effectiveness
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong interest in business operations, process improvement, and the practical use of technology to solve problems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Comfort working with data, tools, or systems (experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or automation tools is a plus, but not required)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Program Details
- Interns will receive mentorship, exposure to cross-functional teams, and meaningful project-based work throughout the program.
The hourly rate for this position is $27.00.
