WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The role sits within our Brand Experience Division at Wasserman Live, working on established brands both in and out of sport.
The role is varied across multiple accounts throughout the year, and as a key member of the team, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of events from start to finish, always striving to create best in class brand experiences for our clients.
This will be a hybrid working role, working from both our London and Orpington office.
Responsibilities
•Lead the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns—from initial briefing through to post-event wrap-up
•Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication
•Create and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, schedules, and status reports
•Translate client objectives into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, ensuring activations are delivered on time and on budget
•Steer in brainstorms, be creative and shape ideas, calling on your industry knowledge
•Deliver well written presentations in both content and narrative, presenting with confidence and clarity
•Day to day financial control of client budgets – including pricing, profit, budget approvals and payments
•KPI setting and campaign evaluation to include KPIs, key learnings and robust case studies
•Oversee internal teams and external partners (e.g., designers, fabricators, staffing agencies, venues) to ensure cohesive collaboration
•Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively while maintaining oversight and accountability, mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive, productive team environment
•Upwardly manage communication and information flow to line manager and account team
•Draw upon experience from across Wasserman Live where relevant, to optimise quality of work provided on the account
•Lead by example: set standards and ensure best practice and high quality of work
•Proactively seek ways to grow the account by becoming an ambassador of Wasserman Live services so they are front of mind when opportunities present themselves
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
•Experiential / live events experience knowledge, both planning and on site is essential
•Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
•Strong leadership, delegation and interpersonal skills
•Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
•Ability to influence decision making processes, both within the Agency and the client organisation
•Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activations with tight deadlines
•Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment, think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise
•Ability to enthuse and motivate others, previous line manager experience preferred
•Ability to analyse project and team performance and provide confident structured feedback
•Budget management experience, including supplier negotiation and reconciliation
•Creative thinking - the ability to come up with forward thinking experiential ideas
•Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint
