Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to understand the world of commercial sales and is driven by data (and what the data can tell us).
The Client Services Executive – is responsible for supporting the Client Services and Operations team across all facets of the sales process from go to market planning and preparations to client reporting and sales pipeline management. In the first instance, the candidate will prioritise support across the following strategic verticals including but not limited to rugby, cricket, esports and women's sport. The candidate will foster good working relationships with our internal stakeholders especially our Research & Insights and International sales teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Sales team & senior leadership pipeline management
- HubSpot roll out and management (automated outreach tool)
- Rightsholder client sales reporting
- Ensuring essential sales collateral is accessible to sales team across our core Rightsholder relationships
- Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and outreach efforts.
- Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce, including managing new sales prospects and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Quarterly sales reviews (as required) across our core Rightsholder portfolio
- General administrative support with arranging meetings, taking meeting minutes and liaising with internal stakeholders on follow up actions
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
- Experience working in an administrative role, supporting a busy team
- Competency in Excel and PowerPoint essential
- Attention to detail and organisation is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Driven - be self-motivated but also a team player
