Chair Of England Hockey Disciplinary Panel

England Hockey is looking for a barrister, solicitor or FILEX to join our existing Panel of Legally Qualified Chairs (LQCs) of the England Hockey Disciplinary and Appeal Panels.

LQCs are an essential part of our disciplinary processes.  You will be responsible for chairing first instance National level Misconduct Complaints and considering applications for interim sanctions, applications for leave to appeal red card suspensions from Area and National Disciplinary Panels and chairing any Appeal panels.

The role will also include some appeal work in relation to League and Competitions appeals.

Applicants must have a good grounding in regulatory law and an interest in sports governance.  Knowledge of hockey is desirable but not essential.

This is a voluntary role and the time commitment will vary across the season.
