About the role

What will you be doing?

You’ll work in our state-of-the-art kitchens alongside a team of highly skilled and creative chefs, supporting the delivery of high-quality food across match days and events.

You will:

  • Assist with basic food preparation.
  • Unload and store deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness by emptying bins, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly.
  • Carry out deep cleaning of fridges and storage areas to meet hygiene standards.
  • Support with washing up, ensuring all items are cleaned and ready for service.
  • Keep back-of-house areas clear and organised, including end-of-day cleaning and waste removal.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced kitchen or similar environment.
  • Knowledgeable or aware of manual handling techniques.
  • Familiar with basic kitchen equipment and processes.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
