Qualifications and Profile:
- Strong technical knowledge of golf products.
- Previous experience in club assembly is desirable but not essential; training will be provided!
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Intermediate computer skills with a quick aptitude for learning new systems.
- High level of organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

As a Custom Club Builder, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for assembling high-quality custom golf clubs in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. If you thrive on attention to detail, enjoy working with your hands, and have a passion for golf, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom golf clubs with precision, ensuring CPG quality standards are met.
- Utilize resources efficiently to achieve production schedules and best-in-class results.
- Follow detailed processes and mechanical instructions for assembly using a variety of tools and machines.
- Conduct quality checks and participate in problem identification and resolution.
- Set up charts and machinery for new product ranges and assist in training entry-level assemblers.
- Collaborate closely with the custom build and customer service teams to enhance our offerings.
- Be prepared to assist in other business functions as needed and take on additional responsibilities.
