Full Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and reporting of the promotional budget, ensuring efficient allocation of promotional spend across various initiatives and player segments to maximise engagement and ROI.
  • Oversee the prizes, generosity, and configuration of the Fanatics Daily Free-to-Play game, ensuring an optimal balance between player excitement and business objectives.
  • Enhance customer segmentation strategies to ensure players receive rewards tailored to their preferences and value, driving increased engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Promo and CRM teams to develop a monthly promotional strategy that supports key business goals, including player retention, reactivation, and overall casino performance.
  • Influence the Casino Product Team in delivering new features and capabilities that enhance promotional offerings, elevate the player experience, and introduce innovative loyalty mechanics.
  • Leverage insights from Casino Analytics and Customer Insights teams to refine segmentation models, optimise generosity levels, and improve overall bonus distribution efficiency.
  • Contribute to weekly team meetings by providing key performance reports, insights, and operational updates that align with the broader Casino Retention Strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
  • Driven and ambitious to learn and develop a career within iGaming
  • Proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) or MS Office equivalents
  • Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results
  • Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is effective in a variety of communication settings
  • You have an agile mindset; able to embrace new initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
