Location: Wembley Stadium, London (with travel across the UK & Ireland)
Contract: Fixed-term | September 2026 – Summer 2028
About UK & Ireland 2028 Limited
UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is the local organising committee responsible for delivering UEFA EURO 2028 across the UK & Ireland. We work on behalf of the five Football Associations and in partnership with governments, host cities, stadiums and delivery partners to plan and deliver the tournament safely, inclusively and to world-class standards.
About UEFA EURO 2028
UEFA EURO is one of the world’s largest sporting events. In 2028, it will be hosted across multiple cities in the UK & Ireland, requiring large-scale coordination across transport, infrastructure, stadiums and public services. UEFA owns the tournament and sets requirements; UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is responsible for delivering it locally.
The Role
The Communications & Campaigns workstream will inspire engagement and connect with key audiences to support the delivery of an outstanding UEFA EURO 2028 tournament in UK and Ireland. The Campaigns Manager will work closely with the Head of Communications and Campaigns by managing the planning and execution of high-impact public campaigns for UK & Ireland 2028 Limited that inspire excitement, participation and connection with communities.
The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and activating campaigns that demonstrate the benefits of hosting the Tournament, including community-focused programmes, promoting Host Cities as fan and visitor-friendly destinations and showcasing the best of the UK and Ireland. The role will be responsible for turning strategic objectives into audience-centred campaign plans, assets and activations that deliver measurable results.
What you’ll be doing
Campaign planning and activation
- Support the development and delivery of the UK & Ireland 2028 campaign programme in line with tournament objectives, event positioning, stakeholder priorities and UEFA requirements.
Campaign management and delivery
- Manage overall campaign delivery and public engagement moments.
Community Programme engagement
- Work closely with the Impact & Sustainability team to support the campaign development and promotion of the largest-ever UEFA EURO Community Programme.
Content, creative and production
- Manage the development of campaign assets and promotional materials across relevant channels and formats.

Essential experience and skills:
- Proven experience developing and delivering high-impact campaigns within a high-profile organisation or agency.
- Strong campaign planning skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into effective, audience-led delivery.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Experience delivering public engagement, marketing or community-facing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, supplier management and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, ambitious and impact-driven, with strong judgement and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Location & Working Pattern
Based at Wembley Stadium, with travel across the UK & Ireland as required.
- 2026: 3 days/week onsite
- 2027: 3–4 days/week onsite
- 2028: Full-time onsite during tournament delivery
