The Role
This role focuses on the completeness and accuracy of Concur expense reports. This position requires strong attention to detail and consideration of multiple sources of information, rules, regulations, and policies.
Essential Functions
The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed in this position. They are not intended to prescribe or restrict the assignments that management may make.
- Review Concur expense reports for completeness of included charges, completeness, and accuracy of receipts, and accuracy of expense coding
- Ensure all expense reports are completed and submitted by internal due dates
- Reconcile Concur expenses to corporate credit card records and relevant travel records; follow up with employees for unreconciled activity
- Communicate with employees to obtain missing receipts and/or supporting information
- Ensure billable expenses are compliant with client contracts and/or client travel and expense policies
- Ensure non-billable (internal) expenses are compliant with applicable corporate policies
- Document key findings and information
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience auditing expense reports in Concur
- Experience with multi-national/multi-currency Concur platform is preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of various currencies and exchange impacts, primarily: U.S. dollar, Canadian Dollar, British Pound Sterling, and Euro
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
- Ability to perform detailed reconciliations
- Ability to consider high-level organizational impacts of Concur expense coding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Aptitude to work and communicate effectively with diverse levels of business personnel
- Commitment to excellence, honesty, loyalty, and trustworthiness
Location/Hours
Days and hours of work are flexible based on the candidate's schedule and availability. This is a hybrid role in either the Denver, CO (DTC) or Charlotte, NC area.
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $25.00 - $29.50. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
