As Chief of Staff - Business Strategy, you'll be immersed in everything from evaluating and integrating M&A targets to optimizing fulfillment and warehouse operations, building HR organizations, and developing high-level budget and board presentations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed reports, presentations, and business models to support strategic planning.
- Manage executive communications, including drafting reports, presentations, and key messages.
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to support business decisions and executive initiatives.
- Oversee and drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with various departments and serve as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support project execution by tracking progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize data insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a related strategic role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
