As Business Change Lead your role will be to lead and deliver the business change activities required to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our key strategic priorities. You will partner with program transformation teams and impacted stakeholders at every level of the organisation, ensuring that you are building the right change management activities at the right time.

This role requires a creative, adaptive thinker with the ability to exert influence without authority. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to demonstrate initiative, look at alternatives and consider practical ways to solve problems.

Within the Strategy Change & Transformation function, success will be determined by:

  • Project Delivery: Support in delivering end-to-end solutions by starting transformations well, executing well and optimising beyond delivery. Achieving key milestones on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Leading and develop a small project team and support the development of the wider Strategic Change & Transformation function, growing our collective capability, capacity and sense of team
  • Elevating Transformation across FanDuel and Flutter: Uplifting and innovating to develop our strategic delivery capability across FanDuel and Flutter
  • Operational Efficiency: Demonstrating tangible improvements in operational processes and business performance as a result of project initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication across teams, senior management, and external partners.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identifying escalate or mitigating risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and supporting our enterprise risk profile.
  • Financial Impact: Support the delivery of growth and efficiencies, optimising resource allocation, and driving value creation within the organisation.
  • Change Adoption: Support the smooth implementation of new processes or systems, with high adoption rates and minimal resistance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embedding a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing across teams and projects.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Developing the change management plan and delivering the required change interventions which are aligned with the overall program or project plan.
  • Typical change management activities include: 
    • Change strategy: vision and case for change
    • Stakeholder analysis and engagement
    • User Group Analysis
    • Change Impact Assessments
    • Communication and Engagement activities: approach, plan, design and/or delivery of materials
    • Training: approach, plan, training needs analysis, development of materials and / or delivery of training
    • Preparing impacted audiences e.g. communicating the impact of change and undertaking business readiness assessments
    • Measuring how effectively we achieve change by analyzing and leveraging data related to change and using this to develop practical reports, recommendations and action plans
  • Support the building of the Business Change capability across the organization and be a proactive member of the Flutter Change community

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering change programs across multiple locations in global organisations; ideally in a federated operating model
  • Experience of internal and external stakeholder management, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills with a style that can flex according to the audience and medium.
  • Experience building excellent working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Whilst not essential, you might also have a change management qualification e.g. Prosci or equivalent.

The applicable salary range for this position is $103,000 - $129,000  USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
