Business Analyst with CRM Expertise (m/f/d)

Full-time

Business Analyst with over 2 years of experience in building the bridge between Business and technical teams. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making and effective stakeholder management.

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

• Business process analysis and optimization
• Gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions inclusive documentation
• Stakeholder management
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) from user perspective

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Administration and customization knowledge to meet the specific needs of Sales and Technical teams, enhancing user experience and data accuracy
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes to identify technical improvement opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new features
• Acting as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Supporting the implementation and adaption of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) through requirements management and process design, without performing administrative system customizations
