WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Brand Marketing Training Latam Specialist reports to the Director Brand Marketing Running & Training and partners closely with cross-functional teams across Nike, including marketing, merchandising, marketplace and Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) brand teams. This role also collaborates with external agencies and community partners to inspire athletes* and strengthen Nike’s connection with consumers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong voice for the local consumer, agility and resilience, when challenged or navigating ambiguity. They bring expertise in brand strategy and management, crafting authentic stories that resonate across the different training dimensions. Forward-thinking and solution-oriented, they always carry a positive attitude, energize teams, and foster collaboration to create meaningful consumer connections.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing or related fields, including brand events, retail marketing, and digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field is required.
- Professional experience in brand strategy and management, with proven ability to lead end-to-end planning, deliver integrated marketing campaigns, and drive cross-functional collaboration within large, dynamic teams.

- Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Spanish) .
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead program planning and delivery, maintain enablement toolkits, and support budget management processes to keep marketing operations running smoothly.
- Manage pre-season planning, including product booking reconciliation for key projects and seasonal toolkits.
- Drive in-season milestones such as marketing hand-offs, integrated reviews, seasonal debriefs, and quarterly recaps.
- Facilitate leadership forums by sharing project health, risks, and milestones.
- Maintain the Japan Marketing Homebase Airtable as the central hub for tracking launches and completions.
- Develop playbooks, templates, and training materials to guide teams through marketing processes.
- Review toolkits regularly for accuracy and alignment with cross-functional procedures.
- Support budget planning by creating internal orders and leading monthly forecasting and reconciliation.
