Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world’s best athletes. It is a place to explore potential, obliterate boundaries and push out the edges of what can be. The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At NIKE, Inc. it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You'll work on the team responsible for defining Nikes sportswear presence in Mexico City and across Latin America.

This team is responsible for defining the vision for our brand and bringing it to life through integrated marketing campaigns that ensure we are connecting with the communities we serve.

You will work with marketing functions (brand creative, media, digital, retail, communications, social, etc ) and with business functions (sales, merchandising) to align strong plans in support of brand and business priorities.

You will report to the Director of Sportwear LatAm, and your team will be accountable to the Sportswear team at World Headquarters. This role has no direct reports.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role requires a strong understanding of culture—the communities, people, places, trends, and moments that energize and inspire Gen Z across Latin America, with a strong emphasis on Mexico City.

We are looking for someone who can bring ideas that connect with culture and drive authentic brand presence on the ground. You will be expected to deliver insights on emerging trends, maintain community relationships, and keep Nike at the edge of culture.

We expect the following from this role:

  • 6+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the sport, fitness, or fashion industries

  • Knowledge of cultural trends, communities, and locations that are driving cultural relevance in Mexico City and across Latin America

  • Strong strategic thinking: able to anticipate future opportunities and translate them into clear and actionable strategies. Must be able to draft clear internal and external briefs.

  • Strong organizational aptitude. Ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and anticipate risks without manager oversight

  • Capacity to cultivate efficient teamwork dynamics, demonstrating openness, ambition, partnership, and high standards

  • Ability to drive clarity across teams: clear communication, clear vision setting, and clear deliverables.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will bring our sportswear strategy to life, developing seasonal and yearlong marketing plans. This will require you to:

  • Partner with the Sportswear team at World Headquarters (Beaverton Oregon) to align on strategic intentions and priorities. Language proficiency required to conceive and present ideas in English.

  • Develop local insights that can inform our strategies in Latin America

  • Develop local briefs to align all marketing teams (retail, digital, media, comms, brand creative, social media) against a shared vision for Latin America

  • Develop local tactics to create brand demand and brand love in Mexico, from concept to execution

  • Coordinate marketing, business, and merchandising teams to create cohesive plans

  • Monitor, measure, and report on brand and commercial impact

  • Adapt to evolving business needs, reprioritizing or evolving plans as needed

You will conceive, develop, plan, manage, and execute. You must be organized.

In this role, you will execute marketing plans in Mexico City as well as deliver strategic direction, examples, and feedback to Central and South America teams.
