JOB TITLE: Brand Experience Executive
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
LOCATION: Stamford Bridge
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time
JOB FUNCTION:
The candidate is responsible for supporting the design and delivery of various aspects of the matchday fan experience at Kingsmeadow and Stamford Bridge. They will ensure the experience aligns with our brand narrative and values. This role involves working closely with the Commercial, Operations, and broader Marketing and Communications teams to enhance the fan journey and engagement on matchday.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Strategy Development (30%)
- Assist in analysing and improving the current fan experience at Kingsmeadow and Stamford Bridge to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the design and implementation of fan experiences across Men’s, Women’s, and Academy games
- Contribute to defining and enhancing the fan experience for match-attending fans.
Support UK Strategy Execution (70%)
- Aid in translating fan experience strategies into actionable delivery roadmaps with clear KPIs.
- Assist in creating business cases to support investment in fan experience enhancements on matchday.
- Help identify opportunities to optimize resources for maximum efficiency.
- Support the tracking and adjustment of project plans to maintain alignment with roadmaps and quality standards.
- Collaborate on creating detailed RACI charts to ensure cross-functional alignment and understanding of roles in delivering the fan experience vision.
- Work with key stakeholders to map systems and processes that unlock additional revenue opportunities from fan engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field or similar relevant experience.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within marketing, events, or fan engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports and enhancing fan experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems and other marketing tools.
