WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Brand Creative for Nike Pacific and partners closely with the Geography Brand Creative Network. You will partner with agency teams to deliver best-in-class work and will collaborate with global counterparts across Nike’s Brand Design and Retail organisations, agency teams, and internal partners including Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Media, Brand Planning & Operations, and Sports Marketing.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce, translating Nike’s global design ethos into locally resonant consumer experiences. They are a multidisciplinary designer with expertise in brand environments and retail storytelling, and bring a proven track record of leveraging emerging technologies to create impactful spaces. This role demands a collaborative mindset, operational excellence, and a passion for sport and youth culture.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in retail design, brand environments, or experiential marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Environmental Design, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing immersive retail experiences, brand activations, and live events.

  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and 3D software with a strong design background.

  • Deep understanding of youth culture, consumer behaviour, and retail landscape.

  • A passion for design and brand storytelling across a range of consumer mediums.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across internal and external partnerships, manage complex projects, and deliver against tight timelines and budgets.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll collaborate on the creative strategy and execution for retail design and brand activations that connect Nike with consumers in meaningful ways. You’ll collaborate across teams and agencies to deliver culturally relevant, innovative experiences that elevate the brand.

  • Drive creative strategy and execution for seasonal retail, live events, activations, and pop-ups.

  • Translate global brand standards into locally relevant experiences with cultural nuance and extend the work locally

  • Partner with Store Development, Retail Brand, Brand Design, Digital, and Comms teams to ensure feasibility and excellence.

  • Champion immersive storytelling by integrating physical and digital touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and architectural firms to bring concepts to life.

  • Fostering a culture of bold thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Stay ahead of design trends and consumer behaviours to inform future strategies.
