Brand Communication Student On-The-Job Trainee

Position Summary

Support the Brand Communications team in campaign development, brand activations, product seeding, competitor monitoring, and internal events across lifestyle and performance categories.

What You'll Do

• Support campaign brainstorming with the Brand Communications team and creative agencies, including seeding kits and social media guidelines.
• Assist during on-ground brand events and monitor media pickups.
• Support retail activations by coordinating with mall marketing teams.
• Coordinate product seeding information, deliveries, and KOL deliverables with Product Specialists, agencies, and Sports Marketing.
• Prepare regular competitor monitoring reports covering local campaigns, activations, and marketing efforts.
• Support Brand and HR teams in organizing internal employee events and branding requirements.
• Maintain trackers for product seeding, KOL deliverables, media pickups, and campaign activities.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in brand communications, sports, lifestyle, and fashion.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
