Job Description

THE CHALLENGE:

As a Billing Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate invoicing of our services. Working closely with a dynamic and motivated team, your attention to detail and proactive mindset will support the efficient execution of billing operations and the continuous improvement of financial processes.

  • Ensure the accuracy of billing data and correct any discrepancies
  • Review customer contracts and sales tickets to calculate fees and applicable charges
  • Prepare and send invoices and payment reminders in a timely manner
  • Monitor incoming payments and allocate them correctly in the system
  • Maintain and update invoice records and customer profiles
  • Set up and adjust products and services in customer accounts
  • Handle written inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the billing team

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or preferably Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel (intermediate level required)
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or any ERP/database system is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus
  • You are organized, flexible, and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, FP&A)
