Full Description
To assist Sports Marketing Manager in executing projects and programming. Takes self-responsibility for selected projects: managing a national relevant top quality athlete’s portfolio and for using Red Bull’s global athletes. Understands athletes needs and challenges and provides useful support to the personal set up of athletes. Controls the positive impact for our brand, co-operation efficiency (input/output ratio) and challenges for outstanding athletes’ projects where appropriate.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and supervise athletes with optimal marketing package to get the most out of our partnerships.
Develop a professional close relationship with our athletes and assist them in affairs and tasks of all kinds.
Marketing and Performance Athlete Budget Management.
Develop and execute 360 yearly activation plan for the managed athletes.
Efficient organization and activation of athletes covering other departments needs
Oversee contract implementation, ensuring athletes are consistently well-branded and actively promoting the brand and the company.
Organize and manage athlete tools, materials, and other brand-related resources.
Work closely to our media team to contribute to unique and top media content for Red Bull Media House and owned channels.
Built and nurtured relationships with key stakeholders at managed playgrounds throughout Spain and worldwide
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 4–5 years in the sports industry ideally with experience working closely with athletes.
- Valuable degree level in Marketing, Sports Marketing or Sports Science
- Project management from start to finish.
- Understanding all aspects of athlete's success and life with a strong focus on sportive performance.
- Strong project leader and driven for results.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent English and Spanish written and spoken.
