Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is key to the successful implementation of the CRM strategy in the GCA
Market.Manage CRM operations in adidas owned online channel and 3rd party EC platform to drive member sales growth, engagement and ensure seamless member experience in online touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute CRM strategies to recruit, retain, engage and recall members and enable online business.
- Manage the day-to-day online CRM operations and support platform implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Set and monitor key business KPI, regularly analyzing data to track progress and identify areas for improvement and subsequent actions.
- Cross-functionally coordinate with internal stakeholders to design CRM mechanics, also working with local / global teams to ensure the high quality and timely project delivery.
- Work closely with the external service agency on daily operations and campaign managementto ensure maximum results are achieved and high-quality standards are maintained.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to execute CRM activities in online channels
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

- Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner, proactive working attitude
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM operation or ECOM business, CRM agency experience is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
