Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world’s best athletes. It’s a place where passionate individuals come together to create the future of sport. We are unapologetic about who we are and what we’re after—bringing innovation and inspiration to every athlete* in the world. We look for athletes who can push boundaries, elevate our potential and continue leading us to greatness. The next tastemakers, playmakers, risk takers and glue players. Are you game?

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a key member of the Pacific Nike Direct Stores (NDS) team, you will report directly to the Assortment Planning Manager, serving our fleet of Nike Value Stores and our Corporate Store. You’ll collaborate with team members from Planning, Merchandising, and Operations, working closely with cross-functional partners including Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) and Enterprise Business Planning (EBP). You will be expected to regularly engage in trade meetings, making active recommendations to improve inventory performance and maintain franchise health.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek an analytical, agile, and commercially-minded professional to drive our NDS strategy—maximizing revenue, margin, and inventory productivity. You should bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Planning, Merchandising, Retail/Sales, or related fields, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
  • Deep understanding of retail metrics, planning methodologies, and commercial drivers.
  • Proven ability to adapt and make profitable decisions in a dynamic business landscape.
  • Strong consumer focus and enterprise mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling and clarity.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Your primary responsibility is to manage in-season trade and optimize assortments plans. Key tasks include:

  • Execute and track markdowns in Just Enough; identify products for reprice and early price reduction, in line with sales and inventory health targets.
  • Identify gaps in product assortment (width/depth), securing unallocated inventory to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Proactive contract management – including timely call-offs, pull forwards and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and follow up on actions from trade meetings by identifying drainers and gainers.
  • Make active tactical promotion recommendations based on slow-sellers and liquidation targets.
  • Prepare weekly reporting, including Sell Thru Report, Scorecards and Franchise Planning.
  • Support future season planning, including size curve reviews, order creation, uploading orders, and error management.
  • Engage in regular meetings and collaborative forums to share insights and to align on business priorities.

NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it. Nike offers a generous total rewards package, casual work environment, a diverse and inclusive culture, and an electric atmosphere for professional development. No matter the location, or the role, every Nike employee shares one galvanizing mission: To bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world.

NIKE, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, or disability.
