Summary: Join Fanatics Collectibles as an Associate Program Leader (APL) and become part of the dynamic team that powers the sports collectibles market. In this pivotal role, you'll help orchestrate the successful launch of 200-300 new products annually, ensuring each release meets our exceptional quality standards and timelines.
We're seeking natural leaders who excel at solving complex challenges and navigating multiple stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to driving results—someone who can turn obstacles into opportunities and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals. While a passion for sports and collectibles would enhance your experience, we primarily value your ability to deliver excellence.
Operating within our sports-vertical structure, you'll report directly to the Program Leader (PL) of your assigned vertical, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of sports collectibles.
What you will be doing…
- Product ownership: Responsible for the product development process for a portfolio of approximately 50 products per year.
- Delivery roadmap: Assist in developing, aligning, and distributing a comprehensive timeline of prepress milestones for each product.
- Performance management: Track and provide visibility of the current status of every product, ensuring that hand-offs are cleanly executed.
- Problem-solving: Proactively identify upcoming bottlenecks and convene stakeholders to problem-solve and resolve them.
- Escalation: Preparematerials for escalation to senior leadership when needed.
What you will bring…
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
- Experience in working in or managing a cross-functional team across a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain a strong leadership presence and influence overlapping stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills particularly in the ability to multi-task and prioritize across a complex portfolio.
- Data proficiency particularly in understanding complex processes with multiple touchpoints, particularly ability to identity (and act on) warning flags and long-term trends.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities particularly in unanticipated or novel problems.
- Business judgment in balance competing demands and prioritizing requests for resources and escalation.
- Cool under pressure in dealing with unanticipated changes and last-minute shifts.
- Relentless focus on delivery and “run through walls” attitude on execution!
The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $95,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
