Job Overview:

Wasserman is looking for an Associate Manager, Performance & Insights to serve as a key contributor on the US Brands & Properties Projects team. This role will support the development of strategic plans and partnership solutions across multiple Wasserman clients inside the Projects team Performance and Insights group. The candidate should be analytically minded and a structured thinker who can creatively solve client challenges across ranging client needs in sports and entertainment (i.e. culinary, fashion, film, music, etc.) partnerships. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires them to toggle between various partnership capabilities/ expertise as they support a rotating roster of brand and property clients and manage a team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the day-to-day execution of multiple brands & properties projects

  • Support project management efforts, determining critical milestones, and reporting progress in a timely manner

  • Monitor media, trends, and the changing sports/ entertainment landscape to keep internal team and clients abreast of key industry developments

  • Research and synthesize significant amounts of information, conduct analyses, and build design-forward presentations (e.g. strategic plans, market landscapes, partnership point of view reports, etc.)

  • Learn and utilize proprietary sponsorship measurement models with assistance from team members to inform ROI for clients including consumer and fan intelligence partnerships

  • Learn and utilize proprietary sponsorship measurement models with assistance from team members to inform ROI for clients including consumer and fan intelligence, partnership impact, and brand exposure tracking

  • Draft and program custom surveys and analyze data for brand health and impact studies to determine effectiveness of sponsorships

  • Leverage social listening and other research to understand consumer attitudes and behaviors in order to shape brand/partnership strategy

  • Utilize multiple content sources to identify relevant exposures of branding (i.e. signage) for value analysis, work with external vendors to manage analysis of branded exposures in an effort to understand exposure frequency, quality and other key factors to determine value

  • Develop influential storylines, POV's, and reporting tools, blending various capabilities to deliver actionable insights

  • Guide interns on assignments

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in the sport, entertainment, or sponsorship sector considered an asset

  • Experience translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations to tell a compelling story

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with advanced skills particularly required for PowerPoint and Excel

  • Innate curiosity, creativity, and big picture mindset

  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities

Base salary range: $70,304, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
