What an Associate Development Manager (ADM) does at EA:
The Associate Development Manager with FC-Live Vanity manages a variety of disciplines including Character and Environment designers and Game Dev Producers. ADM's are the keepers of the project schedule and help move the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring collaboration and communication. You will report to a Development Director, and partner with Producers and Directors to ensure the project is managed on time, to quality, and within budget.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the FC Live Vanity Team, including delivery planning, artist assignments, task tracking, and production schedule ownership with clear status and risk reporting
Build and maintain effective working relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders, coordinating work, validating incoming assets, and ensuring readiness for downstream delivery
Provide team leadership and strategic support through cross-department line management, stakeholder communication, and partnership with the Development Director on forward planning and risk mitigation
Execution
Lead day-to-day execution for the FC-Live Vanity Team, including task goal setting, artist assignment, task tracking, and delivery timeline planning to achieve project-level outcomes
Own production planning and visibility, including schedule creation, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and regular reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to manage dependencies, ensure quality and consistency of assets across the pipeline, and align on scope and delivery with production
Proactively mitigate risks and blockers, while supporting long-term planning with the Development Director and driving continuous improvements to team workflows, communication, and efficiency
Your Qualifications:
2+ years of previous project management or team leadership experience is an asset
Previous experience working with content creation in visual effects, animation or games
Experience in different project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile is an asset

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$74,100 - $102,000 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
