Full Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Assist Senior Manager, Outbound ECOM DC in ensuring the smooth operation of B2C MEZZ & AGV, continuously look for process improvements, and take the lead on special programs with full engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team to ensure every order is fulfilled with high efficiency by balancing manpower and pace, optimizing equipment capacity to meet or exceed delivery performance targets.
- Well manage the team members, maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with outbound team and return team, well balance resource in MEZZ area and make sure put away and picking activity be well managed.
- Well understand AGV system with reasonable inventory allocation, full activity planned in this area to continuous drive picking efficiency.
- Take initiatives to collaborate with related departments to address outstanding delivery, financial, or operational issues, and promptly take action for problem-solving.
- Lead the fulfillment of lean logistics concept and best practice in DC.
- Training team staff to comply company safety policy to create a safe working environment.
- Provide analysis reports as required.
- Lead the team to achieve SLA (service level agreement)/ efficiency and cost target.
- Peak event preparations and coordination.
Key Relationships:
- Internal Stakeholders: E-commerce, Order Book Fulfilment, Planning, Finance, Own Retail, Transportation Management, Procurement, Product Supply
- External Stakeholders: Global SCM, Global Tech
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Fast learning and be able to perform under pressure.
- Logical Thinking and willing to manage details and data.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Be proactive to business changes and able to adapt to changes quickly.
- Fluent in oral & written English and Mandarin.
- Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in Supply Chain related departments, warehouse experience with automation or semi-automation is preferred.
