KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate: Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of learning programs.
- Deliver: Manage the learning management system (LMS) for all SCM content.
- Insights: Analyze learning metrics and feedback to continuously improve learning programs.
- Workshop Co-facilitation: Assist in co-facilitating workshops, managing recordings, and handling material management.
- SharePoint Build: Develop and maintain SharePoint sites for learning resources.
- Learning Design: Design and review learning content, prepare trainers, manage communications, and design learning paths.
- Support the Learning Team in Content Creation & Delivery: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Learning Champions and the SCM Learning Team to design high-quality learning content.
- E-Learning Creation: Utilize e-learning creation tools such as Articulate Rise (or other similar platforms) to design and develop high-quality digital learning content.

- Project Coordination: Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing learning data and metrics to draw actionable insights and enhance program effectiveness.
- Digital Tools Expertise: Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., LMS platforms) and e-learning design tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar).
- Team Collaboration: Proficient in working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Cultural Competence: Understands and respects cultural differences and can work effectively with a diverse global team.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of work experience mandatory, preferably in a multinational environment
- Colleague or university degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience
