Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. By delivering fact-basedfinancial booking and reporting/deck, as well as supporting team to provide accurate analysis, actionable insightsand innovative solutions, the role ensures transparency and agility across financial planning and supply chain processes. It will facilitate the organization’s strategic objectives achievement by improving forecasting accuracy, optimizing resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective use of advanced tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel, the position enhances efficiency, mitigates risks, and fosters a culture of growth and innovation-ultimately contributing to sustainable business performance and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control Budget and validate CC/IO/GL Account information in PR approval process
- Regularly review and streamline SCM master data to ensure the master data is up to date
- Prepare month-end closing vouchers with solid fact-based data for mainland China SCM
- Input Budget and Rolling Forecast data into CFIN (Finance ERP) with regular cadences.
- Deliver monthly standardized reports/decks on time for business partners’ regular review
- Support team to continuously optimize reports/decks’ layout and improve efficiency
- Support ad-hoc tasks for organization’s target delivery, such as support on key projects and process optimization

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Familiar with the operations in Financial ERP
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrate growth mindset to actively seek feedback, adapt quicklyand pursue personal and professional development.
- Innovative thinking with high willingness to challenge the status quo and comfortable experimenting with new approaches and technologies
- Fluency in both oral and written English
- Experience with Power BI, SQL or similar data processing tool is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration/Supply Chain/Finance or equivalent background in related fields
- At least 3-5 years’ working experience, better in FMCG or Supply Chain industry
