PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
This role is responsible for FTW Originals category for OR and FRS of managing pre-season and in-season buy and delivery, and timely track with customers and cross functions to support the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in preseason buy for ORI INLINE FTW for OR and MW, support on the delivery (SMM feedback, Assortment, OR/MW order)
- Support FTW manage to complete in-season buy for ORI inline FTW along with bi-weekly buy timeline including:
- Assortment
- OR and MW order
- OR order size prep
- Support leader for bi -weekly buy prepare and approval
- Monitor product performance after launched, chase for the reorder opportunity and initiate the reorder proposal for OR and MW.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Buy Planning, BU, Retail & FRS Operations team, Product Sales, Supply Chain, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Solid products and merchandising knowledge
- Experience in buying planning and execution – assortment/pre-season and in-season/order
- Be passionate about buying and able to work under intense timeline
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative, able to build strong relationships quickly
- Learning and self-development
- Results oriented
REQUISITE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILL
- Bachelor advanced degree, with solid years in consumer industry with at least 4 years in merchandising / buying function
- Sensitive to fashion industry and sneaker trend
- Good understanding of retail business
- Prefer very good Excel skills and ability to develop useful models/tools
- Prefer good presentation and PPT skills
