Full Description
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections)
- Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management reports, balance sheet reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements and cashflow statements
- Maintain files and comply with record retention requirements
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (VAT, CIT, business license fee…)
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Preparing Ending Inventory Forecast/Actual, Cashflow Forecast;Cash balance and Sale report
- Conducting stock checks and inventory management
- Checking and administering the e-invoice system
- Collaborating with other government agencies/vendor for business registration processes, annual statistics reports, annual audit
- Coordinating with local tax authorities to complete all annual/periodic tax audits, any related tax issues.
- Work with external audit company to finalize annual statutory report and CIT finalization report
- Coordinating with Landlord for Store Leases
- Supporting ad hoc tasks/ paperwork if required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulation
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
- Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in audit and commercial experience will be an added advantage
- Highest sense of responsibility and personal integrity
Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
