Purpose of Role
Purpose of this position is to enhance inventory management in UA China DH via monitoring and instructing daily in house activities, including but not limited to VAS, put away, quality inspection, sampling, quarantine, reservation, cycle count, reconciliation and etc., so to maintain the inventory accuracy under a smooth work flow both virtually and physically, while relevant functions get enough visibility for inventory under variant status.
Your Impact
- Closely following up with daily inbound arrivals to make sure units are available in DH in time;
- Monitoring daily return processing, ensuring DH services meet UA standard requirements;
- Quick response to any product based issue in DH, including but not limited to carton, label, quality, price, and etc., VAS instruction required if necessary;
- Closely following up with daily outbound tasks regarding any un-fulfillment or relevant inventory error, quick investigation and solution;
- Quick response to any inventory related request, including but not limited to sampling, quarantine, quality inspection, rework and etc.;
- SAP FMS system operation matching the physical of above, if required;
- Daily review of inventory reconciliation report in SAP FMS, quick investigation to any discrepancy or abnormal status;
- Monitoring weekly cycle count process and make sure the confirmed adjustments conducted in a timely basis;
- Regular review of product inventory turnover cycle, visibility of slow moving items in DC;
- Monitoring daily use of non-merchandising items in DH, ensuring a safety inventory level;
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree;
- 2-5 years of inventory related or DH operation experience in consumer goods industry;
- Proactive and well-organized, eager to learn and willing to take responsibilities;
- Analytical thinking and skills;
- Good communication, ability to present data visually through graphs, charts and reports;

- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Shanghai office.
