Wasserman Music is a leading global agency representing prominent artists across all genres for live performance, touring, brand partnerships, and beyond. We are long-term career development strategists who work with artists to expand their reach and deepen their impact with audiences around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with maintaining and reconciling Client (Artist) accounts on Sage 200
• Preparing tour settlement statements for at least one or two agent
• Daily payment run, foreign payments and daily chaps
• Daily mail-outs of artist statements and commission invoices
• Weekly filing of artist statements
• Raising commission invoices on a weekly basis
• Weekly reconciliation of artist ledgers
• Allocating artist payments on bespoke CRM
• Weekly commission currency exchange rates added to bespoke CRM
• Weekly refund preparation, including liaising with promoters to telephone verify bank details
• Reviewing bank receipts allocations on bepoke CRM
• Reviewing work carried out by junior members of staff

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide cover for colleagues when on holiday
• Assisting with cashbook and bank reconciliation on Sage 200 & CRM
• Assisting with the Month End Reporting
• Assisting Senior Client Accountants with individual show credit control
• Other Adhoc tasks
