Asset Controls Rep I

We are PWCC. We're based in Tigard, Oregon and are the largest trading card marketplace in the world.

PWCC is brokering nearly a half-billion in trading card sales annually (and you thought those baseball cards in your mom's basement were worthless!), with the goal of expanding and becoming the name for collectibles storage, research, and liquidity. We are growing rapidly and need the right person to expand our team and help us provide the care our client base needs.

POSITION OVERVIEW

PWCC's continued growth has brought us a unique opportunity to join our team as an Asset Control Representative. Reporting to the Manager of Asset Controls, the Asset Control Representative will be responsible for the daily operations of all vault operations. They will work in a team environment to accomplish team set goals by tracking, storing, and managing the assets we receive. This position is based in our Tigard, OR office. This position is Tuesday – Friday and will be expected to work 10 hour/day shifts.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inventory management

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (Asset Control Representative):

• Curate and archive items
• Auction Image review process, includes: image review, pull items, re-image items, drag and drop new images
• Re-sticker archival keys on items
• Learn and execute Eye-Appeal process
• Transfer items between locations when necessary
• Attach videos to their Premier Auction listings
• Ability to title vintage cards following PWCC's titling format
• Ability to title modern cards following PWCC's titling format
• Ability to title Pokemon/MTG/Yu-Gi-Oh/Other TCG following PWCC's titling format
• Level 1 cross functional task(s) (imaging/RCI/Logistics)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (Raw Card Ingestion):

• Pre-Authentication Imaging
• Pre-Authentication Video Shooting
• Pre-Authentication Review
• Post-Authentication finalization
• Ability to title vintage cards following PWCC's titling format
• Communicate approved asset quantity to PWCC & MBA

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (Imaging):

• Prepare items to be images (clean cards, de-bag, etc.)
• Able to image standard sized cards on appropriate imaging station
• Able to image Comic/Large items on appropriate imaging station
• Re-imaging cards (including drag & drop)
• Ability to crop, review, and upload/import standard sized card batches from manual station
• Understanding of our camera settings, conducting lumen test, checking focus of camera. Coordinating with appropriate staff if settings are off.

TEAM BIO

Responsible for all aspects of the vault ingestion process after mail is opened until the item is curated and stored in our vault. We handle the creation, prep, and launch of our Weekly & Premier Auctions and manage the Fixed Price Marketplace. We also handle operations around our MBA partnership and raw card ingestion (RCI)
