Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
The Arrivals and Departures System (ADS) Assistant will play a key role in supporting the implementation and operation of the web-based ADS system for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The ADS is paramount to the successful planning and operational delivery of all arrivals and departures services by internal and external stakeholders. This system is crucial for managing travel, baggage, sports equipment, and mobility data for all official attendees.
The ADS Assistant will also contribute to creating training content, providing user support, and analyzing system usage data.
•Ensure the efficient daily operation of the Arrivals and Departures System (ADS), including user management, data integration, and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth performance. During the operational period, oversee platform administration (user handling, incident monitoring) and make necessary adjustments promptly to minimize disruptions;
•Set up reminder actions and maintain effective communication with stakeholders (e.g., National Committees, Broadcasters, Marketing Partners) to ensure timely data and information collection;
•Analyze ADS usage data and generate performance reports. Ensure the quality of collected data is verified with stakeholders and accurately communicated to Games delivery partners (e.g., Transport, Logistics, Protocol, Accreditation, Village);
•Develop and deliver multi-platform training materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, webinars, videos). Provide technical and functional support to users, assisting with the deployment and ongoing use of the system;
•Propose and implement improvements based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance the ADS system’s functionality and user experience;
•Work with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth implementation of the ADS, including assisting with system testing, user management, and training.
Requirements
Essential experience:
•Familiarity with managing software platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues;
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian;
•Ability to analyze system usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
•Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing use of the ADS;
•Ability to respond proactively to changes and new priorities in a fast-paced environment;
•Experience in developing training content, including PowerPoint presentations, webinars, videos, and other digital formats;
•Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for generating and analyzing reports.
Desirable Experience:
•Previous experience in a similar role at a major sports event, with a good understanding of Arrivals and Departures processes.
