Your Talent

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Merchandising, or related field
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint
• Highly analytical, strong attention to detail
• Work in a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
• Must be based in LA.

The base pay for this position is $23.00 per hour + Product Discount and Wellness Perks.

Your Mission

• Provide support to Ambassador team members across FTW, APP, and ACC prodct lines and assist in the development of product lifecycles.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining all PUMA systems for entire team (i.e.: PAC, PID, CREATIVE SHARE).
• Help monitoring product creation process including article efficiency, hit rates, shipped and open order reporting
• Support in accurate line plan and system maintenance
• Help manage sample administration (sample order, tracking of deliveries, sample storage, sample shipment to key partners).
• Support PLMs in following up on product sign off dates and order placement dates to make sure products can be ordered on time.
• Conduct research on industry, consumer trends, competitive activities, and market intelligence.
• Support in creating all documents for entire team, including internal and external for account / partner meetings
• Analyze and report business performance on a regular basis
• Build understanding for product lines, account strategies and market needs
• Create overview of ambassador product to inform the global team and other regional offices
