Your Talent
- Excellent writing and organization skills
- Interest in Operations, Administrative, and or Office Management
- Strong computer skills, with knowledge of basic MS Office programs
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Self-motivated
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be based in LA. Have own mode of transportation and be able to commute to Hollywood, CA
- Must be able to lift 20lb boxes.
- Must be able to work in office 9am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)

The base pay for this position is $23.00 per hour + Product Discount and Wellness Perks.
Your Mission
- Daily support of Showroom Manager on maintaining a high functioning, efficient and effective space for the PUMA team.
- Organize showroom by displaying relevant apparel / footwear, replenishing missing sizing, and dressing mannequins. Proactively tidy after showroom appointments and guests.
- Manage showroom product inventory, update lookbook in Microsoft PowerPoint, and order new product.
- Send, track and manage packages for the team as requested.
- Front desk and concierge coverage with greeting visitors, registering guests, and communicating with Security.
- Assist Showroom Manager in monthly team activities and supporting all employee facing events which may include identifying, outreach and managing outside vendors.
- Manage specific projects and other administrative tasks as assigned (e.g. sending gifts, catering orders, and updating office manual).
- Communicate on departmental meetings, team lunches, and activities. Setup for these events prior and making sure all IT is properly working.
- Support ad hoc marketing programs and activations which can include unboxing and seeding to clients.
