  • Someone who can use data to generate actionable insights and communicate their business implications with confidence
  • Knowledge of how to use AI to enrich a data-driven narrative with additional industry context
  • Someone who enjoys managing multiple projects with challenging deadlines simultaneously
  • A self-starter who has meticulous attention to detail

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant research, data analysis and/or media planning experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (including coursework in fields such as computer science, math, economics, business, statistics, science or engineering)
  • Excellent numeric communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA and SQL experience preferred
  • Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g. large language models, automation platforms) to enhance analytical workflows and enrich data-driven narratives a plus
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into easily understandable business insights
  • Analytical background with knowledge of sports and/or media business landscape desirable

This position pays $55,000, is not overtime-eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
