WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The role of Analyst, Origin Operations will work cross-functionally through various key initiatives focused on flow optimization in origin operations and collaborates closely with Nike Flow Optimization, Nike Geographies and externally with Nike’s nominated logistics service providers. This role will report to Director, Origin Operations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Analyst, Origin Operations based in Singapore. In this role, you will possess strong straits in the following areas -

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics with experience in origin operations and/or project management preferred.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain flow and its decisions moments.

  • Strong data analytical skills with advanced data analytics skills in tools such as excel and knowledge in data analytic tools such as Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent tool for data visualization.

  • Strong collaboration skills cross-functionally with influencing and listening skills across different stakeholder levels. High teamwork mindset is highly essential.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including leading solution identification, leading others to solve problems, and adopting best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will be part of the Origin Operations team, responsible to develop and maintain a flexible and resilient origin operating model, driven by standardized process and technology by co-partnering with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers to drive efficient and effective product flow from all origins to destinations.

Your key responsibilities include and not limited to:

  • Leading the planning of project and/or transition management activities and support the respective leads to drive progress in each of the workstreams identified. This can include the implementation with internal and external stakeholders on key origin operations initiatives or a change in the operations or network across several origins.

  • Creating the implementation blueprint, manage the progress, milestone tracking with cross-functional teams against aligned timeline and status reporting to Nike stakeholders.

  • Supporting origin network study and subsequent RFP/RFQ associated.

  • Supporting the team in data visualization in areas such as origin operations performance management, historical trending, standardization of reporting, etc. to drive proactive management for origin operations across all origins with Nike’s nominated logistics service providers.
