Full Description
We are looking for an Analyst to join the executive office of beIN Media Group’s Chairman & Group CEO. In this role, you will support the team in the management of Chairman & GCEO projects, tasks and operating models.

THE ROLE
This role will encompass managing projects, responsibilities and workstreams in relation to all respective positions and roles of the Chairman & GCEO, most particularly across beIN Media Group, Paris Saint-Germain, Miramax, European Club Association, Premier Padel, Qatar Tennis Federation, QSI.
The role will include:
Operations & logistics delivery
• Support in the delivery and administration for board meetings, regular meetings, non- regular meetings (e.g. responsible for research, producing briefings, memos, talking points, presentations).
• Responsible for the management of internal team meetings (including updating on actions, tracking delivery).
Strategic delivery
• Supporting the Director of Business and Stakeholder Management and Senior Analyst (and other internal contacts) in the reporting & management of Chairman & GCEO projects, tasks and operating models.
• Supporting the Director of Business and Stakeholder Management in the analysis of documents and research tasks; and presenting final documents to senior management.
• Supporting on drafting Chairman and GCEO Office correspondence.
• Support the management and maintenance of the Chairman Office CRM system.• Accountable for delivery meeting and event briefings for the Chairman and GCEO.
• Responsible for enforcing document standardization across the Chairman & GCEO portfolio.
Strategic counsel
• Provide counsel to Director of Business and Stakeholder Management and Senior Analyst on all events, relationships and projects for Chairman & CEO Office.
• Proactively plan and provide counsel on future trends and opportunities for the Chairman’s portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
• Educated to degree level.
• Previous experience within a corporate environment; ideally within corporate communications, account management or project management.
• Excellent, in-depth knowledge of football and the sports industry.
You will:
• Have exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Have uncompressing attention to detail, with excellent writing and research skills.
• Have good experience using PowerPoint, Excel and ideally a CRM system.
• Be a self-starter with excellent drive, commitment and enthusiasm to understand the business and the landscape we operate in.
• Have excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Be incredibly detail orientated with excellent time management.
