The Crown Is Yours
As an Analyst II on the Sportsbook Product Analytics Team, you’ll turn data into action that shapes the evolution of our digital sportsbook experience. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to uncover opportunities, measure performance, and guide product strategy through data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll analyze customer behavior, evaluate new features, and influence how millions of customers engage with our platform. Your work will directly impact product innovation, customer experience, and business performance at scale.
What you’ll do as an Analyst II, Sportsbook Product Analytics
Transform complex product and customer data into actionable insights that inform roadmap prioritization and product strategy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate feature performance, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements in customer engagement.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, translating results into clear recommendations that shape future product development.
Build and enhance scalable reporting frameworks to monitor product health, customer behavior, and key performance metrics.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer journeys and product experiences to uncover trends and inspire new ways of thinking.
Define data requirements and collaborate with Data Engineering partners to ensure reliable, high-quality datasets.
What you’ll bring
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
At least 2 years of experience in analytics or data science.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing, with experience designing and analyzing experiments.
Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with a desire to learn a complex and evolving business.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams to drive impact.

Join Our Team
We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
