WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work with Global Finance Operations process teams across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report, partnering with Global Process Owners, Nike Technology, SAP Security, Finance Transformation, MSP/BPO partners and internal control teams to support technology enablement, operational excellence and finance transformation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Analyst, Finance Operations Technology Enablement who can translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions that improve operational performance across Global Finance Operations. This candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of finance processes, enterprisesystemsand cross-functional stakeholder engagement. They are naturally curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to collaborate effectively across global teams, processownersand technology partners. This candidate canidentifyroot causes, evaluate businessimpactsand support the successful implementation of technology enhancements,automationsand process improvements. They bring a continuous improvement mindset and are passionate about helping teams adopt tools and capabilities that drive efficiency,scalabilityand operational excellence.

• 2+ years of experience in finance operations, technology enablement, business analysis, product/process support, financetransformationor related areas.

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data,Analyticsor a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education,experienceand training.

• Working knowledge of enterprise finance systems such as SAP, Coupa,BlackLine,HighRadius, automation platforms, workflow tools, reportingtoolsor related finance technology solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving,communicationand stakeholder management skills, with the ability to assess business impact and coordinate practical mitigation plans.

• Ability to translate business process needs into clear requirements, test scenarios, user stories,documentationand solution options.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will serve as a key partner between Finance Operations and Technology, helping deliver tools, process improvements and automation solutions that support operational excellence across global finance processes.

• Partner with Finance Operations, Technology, MSP/BPO teams and Global Process Delivery teams to define business requirements and evaluate practical solution options.

• Support issue triage, root-cause analysis and escalation for finance tools, SAP access/authorization issues, automation failures, reportinggapsand other technology constraintsimpactingoperations.

•Monitortechnology implementations,enhancementsand system upgrades to ensure solutions meet business requirements and support operational stability.

• Support team readiness for new tools, enhancements,automationsand process changes, including documentation, testing, trainingsupportand adoption activities.

•Analyzerecurring process pain points, manualworkaroundsand tool limitations toidentifyopportunities for automation, continuous improvement, controlenhancementand cost reduction.

• Support automation and data enablement opportunities by helping define requirements,validateoutputs, document logic and partner with Technology or product teams to scale solutions.
