Full Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and business reviews and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure timely program launches, deliveries, and performance to deliver best-in-class product and fan experience.
  • Assist Brand Manager in facilitating league requests of all scale. Ensures league business obligations are fulfilled above and beyond contractual requirements.
  • Manage seasonal inventory strategy, custom design request approvals, pricing analysis, player movement updates and other ad hoc requests as it pertains to the given league.
  • Understand and ensure execution of the business calendar – key dates, hand-offs, deliverables, etc.
  • Help prep, Co-Chair, and contribute to weekly cross-functional meetings - agenda prep, meeting recaps, etc.
  • Provide elevated support during critical Hot Market periods (Playoffs, Special Events, etc.) to aid in business execution
  • Analyze and interpret data trends, sales reports, and articulate these to team members.

Requirements

  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+BS/BA degree in marketing, business, or related field of study - Experience in licensed merchandise preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Willingness to adapt, think critically, and take on unforeseen obstacles to arrive at a solution.
  • Driven and motivated self-starter that is eager to lead and grow the business and perform under pressure.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with others inside and outside of the organization.
  • Basic knowledge of the product creation process or lifecycle
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to ensure personal and team success
  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels within an organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – primarily Excel with the ability to sort and organize data using pivot tables.
