Full Description
The After Sales Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the daily After Sales processes.
This position is responsible for efficiently managing and processing spare parts orders. Functioning as the primary point of contact for international markets, this role handles Spare Parts inquiries and provides support to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining supplier relationships specific to After Sales operations, ensuring service quality and availability. The After Sales Specialist prepares and analyses KPI reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

AFTER SALES MANAGEMENT
This role involves working closely within the After Sales team to manage the global spare parts ordering process, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, compliance with international customs regulations, and accurate, on-time order fulfillment to support the smooth operation of After Sales services. You'll be the point of contact for spare part orders and support with After Sales inquiries as well as leading and supporting After Sales projects. Finally, you'll be coordinating with suppliers to ensure efficient spare parts management and availability as well as conducting the negotiations for spare parts with international suppliers.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
You'll manage After Sales documents, such as price lists and exploded drawings. Regularly, you'll be reviewing and optimising After Sales Process documents as well as managing and refining the required documents for price negotiations and supplier management.
DATA ANALYTICS AND REPORTING
You'll be extracting data and preparing figures for KPI reports. In addition, you'll be playing a supporting role in Data Analytics & Reporting projects whereas also being responsible for ensuring data accuracy and transforming insights into KPIs for effective performance tracking.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 2+ years of experience in a comparable role.
- Degree in business administration or similar qualification.
- Distinct understanding of After Sales / Procurement related processes.
- Ability to work in x-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English are required. Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in ERP SAP MM desirable.
- Travel 0-10%
