Job Description:
This role will report into the VP, Client Leadership.
You will champion strategically and creatively thoughtful work, be a true partner to clients, show a passion for the brand and category, and easily navigate an ever-evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for most day-to-day client contact and cross-functional team operations
- You will identify areas of opportunity to grow account and drive revenue
- Act as gate-keeper in identifying red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk
- You will contribute to and develop scopes of work, quarterly business reviews or account reviews
- You will oversee cross-department involvement and leverage necessary resources
- Lead majority of client communications, set expectations, and manage quality of deliverables to deadline
- Develop recommendations & POVs that create innovation for the business
- Oversee client budget management, the billing process and contribute to forecasting
- Assist team leads in all facets necessary
- Motivate team towards elevating the bar and delivering business-based marketing with exceptional client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of integrated agency account management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience presenting to partners, both internal and client
- Storyteller who can work with/present to any client
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of our client's business
This role will have a hybrid work schedule; Employees will work both on-site and off-site, with the primary office location being in San Francisco.
Additional Information
The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400/year. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
