As part of EA's Advertising & Sponsorships Media team, you will support the planning, sale, and implementation of in-game media, sponsorships, and partnerships across our portfolio of games. You will work cross-functionally with sales, studio, development, and operational teams, supporting the pitch-to-delivery lifecycle and partnering closely with sales to bring monetization opportunities to market. You will collaborate with internal partners to identify solutions for brand integrations and media solutions that drive new business growth and align with our franchise goals.
Responsibilities:
Support pre-sale planning, client pitches, and post-campaign recaps with sales partners
Create client-ready media plans, presentations, and campaign performance summaries
Translate campaign results into insights that inform clients business objectives and future opportunities
Coordinate with Studio, Development, Brand, Operations, and Communications teams
Track timelines and milestones to support smooth campaign delivery, while improving internal workflows to ensure efficiencies
Share updates on media trends, market shifts, and partnership best practices
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in advertising, media, brand partnerships, or account management
Experience supporting client-facing work across campaign planning and delivery
Working knowledge of media metrics, reporting, and optimization concepts
Experience using advertising, sales, or operational tools to manage campaigns
Passion or interest in sports and gaming
Skills:
Digital and integrated media campaign support, including sponsorships and branded content
Campaign organization across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Clear written communication for internal and external audiences
Ongoing client relationship support throughout the campaign lifecycle

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$75,900 - $105,600 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
