Account Payable Accountant Geneva - Switzerland

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of employees Travel Expenses
• Book Purchase Orders and Non-Purchase Orders invoices
• Follow up on Purchase orders issues
• Review and validation of Purchase requests
• Handle vendors and internal stakeholders’ queries through different mailboxes  
• Participation in annual closing activities
• Recording closing entries
• Participation in various department projects in line with the objectives of improving the productivity and efficiency of accounting process
  
  
  

PROFILE:

• Degree in accounting
• 2-4 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year in accounts payable
• English proficiency (min C1)
• Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Confidentiality, thoroughness
• Proficiency in ERP system (ideally Sage X3)
• Proficiency on Microsoft pack
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
