Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Support the Wholesale sales team in driving the digital development of Amazon Mexico, seeking to optimize our brand representation, improve the consumer experience, and increase net sales and online market share. As the digital lead for the account, you will leverage your expertise to adapt our approach and win the consumer across all digital touchpoints, including the official brand store and the Amazon application.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management (Hybrid 1P & 3P Strategy):
- Manage the commercial relationship in the 1P (Vendor) model, ensuring correct catalog uploads, purchase order (PO) management, and inventory availability.
- Execute the strategy in the 3P (Seller) model to maximize assortment agility and price competitiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding all aspects of the digital business.
- Digital Sell-through: Responsible for driving digital sales (sell-through) across all categories and URLs of the account.
- Digital Joint Business Plan (JBP): Collaborate with regional teams to take ownership of the Amazon Digital Joint Business Plan.
- Digital Shelf Optimization: Execute "digital shelf" optimization initiatives (titles, images, bullet points, A+ content) in close collaboration with the Digital Partner Development team.
- Brand Visibility: Ensure that brand content is premium, consistent, and locally relevant for the Mexican consumer, constantly monitoring availability, visibility, and findability.
- Analytics & KPIs: In partnership with the analytics team, measure key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) to quantify commercial impact and facilitate forecasting of online sales and growth ambitions.
- Communication & Stakeholders: Apply effective communication methods to showcase expertise in digital metrics to senior management and other stakeholders in both internal and external environments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Digital Mindset: Comprehensive understanding of key digital KPIs (Impressions, CTR, PDP views, ATC, CVR, ROAS) and the levers used to improve performance.
- Online Search: Relevant experience with search mechanisms (SEO/SEM) and understanding of e-Commerce search algorithms.
- Content Optimization: Proven experience in digital content enhancement and, preferably, in online product ranging and assortment management.
- International Environment: Comfort working within matrix structures and international environments under pressure.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present complex topics both remotely and in person.
