We make it safe and fun for buyers and sellers to engage and seamlessly trade through our live video auctions marketplace.

We've just been acquired by Fanatics Collect.

What it's all about

Lead and grow on of the biggest and fast developing categories on Voggt like Trading Cards, sourcing and onboarding sellers and users to give them an amazing collectibles trading experience

Your role will be to expand and develop your category sales by sourcing & partnering with sellers and influencers, ensuring buyers find all they need on Voggt

  • Voggt has a massive potential, with thousands of sellers and collectors in Germany. We already launched in France where we see a big traction
  • This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing customer-led, mobile-first business where much is still to be defined and built. You will grow as the company grows.

Role & Responsibilities

We're looking for passionate personalities committed to:

  • Be hands on in helping sellers to grow their business on Voggt
  • Be good with numbers and data driven decision making approach
  • Manage top sellers to achieve commercial targets using the incentives budget and also non-monetary way to motivate sellers to always do more
  • Create and propose marketing events to hype the category
  • Lead and manage great communications with Voggt teams to achieve necessary results: marketing, product, support, tech etc.

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 year of full-time working experience in fast-paced environment, would be great if you can provide contacts for reference calls
  • You are ready to learn on the go and always question the status quo
  • You are great at relationship building with partners and internal teams, operations and negotiations
  • You are structured and detail-oriented in your ways of working
  • Ability to perform analysis and interpret data into actionable steps
  • You are a problem solver and love to find new and better ways to reach targets
  • You like autonomy and flexibility but you know when to ask for help and guidance to get things done
  • You speak in German & in English at proficiency level
